Hi Wei Jun,
I hear you — an encumbrance still blocking you 2 weeks after payment is not OK, and we'll get this off your account today.
To match your payment to the right invoice, can you reply with:
1. The payment reference / transaction ID
2. The date and amount paid
3. The bank or channel you paid through (FPX, manual transfer, etc.)
If the payment is in our system but landed on the wrong invoice, we'll re-allocate it and lift the encumbrance within the same business day. If the payment hasn't reached us yet (which can happen with FPX during weekends), I'll let you know what the trace process looks like.
I've flagged this as urgent given your exam schedule — you'll hear back from me before end of day.
